## About the Role

+ A strong understanding of accessibility principles and their application in web development
 + Experience with Storybook for developing UI components in isolation
 + Strong communication skills and proficiency in English, both written and spoken

## Description

+ Collaborate closely with product teams to understand their needs and ensure the design system meets their requirements.
 + Develop and maintain high-quality design components for a clients design system, ensuring they are scalable, accessible, and responsive across different devices and platforms.
 + Engage in the full lifecycle of component development, from initial concept through to deployment and integration by product teams.
 + Participate in code reviews and technical discussions to maintain high standards of code quality and design excellence.
 + Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members, fostering a learning environment and encouraging innovation.
 + Stay abreast of the latest frontend technologies and best practices, incorporating them into the design system where appropriate.
 + Work closely with designers to ensure that the developed components match the intended design and function.
 + Proficiency in CSS3, HTML5, and presentational JavaScript
