Prior people management experience is a plus. Then come and join our global team as Global Lead for Climate Strategy & Governance (f/m/d), for defining, governing, and driving the company's climate strategy and climate action agenda. The role owns the end-to-end framework for climate change mitigation and adaptation, including net zero strategy, target setting, roadmap development, implementation oversight, and achievement, as well as climate-related risk, resilience, and governance. Operating from within the corporate sustainability function, the role ensures consistent, and credible implementation across all business areas, regions, and functions, in alignment with external standards, regulatory requirements, and internal governance expectations. Choose the best place for your work - Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours. Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.
