## About the Role

+ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
 + Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing and administrating Confluence, Jira, and other IT infrastructure tools (such as CMDB or monitoring platforms).
 + Experience with account provisioning from external identity providers and optimizations in this area.
 + Strong knowledge of ITIL practices, especially in configuration and change management.
 + Solid understanding of application life cycle management, troubleshooting, and user support.
 + Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
 + Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
 + Fluent in written and spoken English.
 + Willingness to travel (approx. 10%)

## Description

In this role, you will be part of the global IT-department at Syntegon and responsible for applications and processes in the area of collaboration and IT-infrastructure.

 + You are the primary point of contact for the management, operations and optimizations of the Atlassian Cloud products Confluence and Jira.
 + You are also the responsible application owner for a semi-automated workflow tool where you can setup the application on a green field.
 + Administer user access, permissions and groups in consideration of Syntegon standards and best practices for the applications in your scope.
 + Coordinate with process owners and key-users on business requirements by using appropriate tools and agile methodologies.
 + Develop and provide training resources for end-users and service teams.
 + Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to increase efficiency and productivity.
 + Manage and optimize the service request fulfillment and coordinate development and service teams.
 + Improve governance and KPI monitoring for your applications in scope.
 + Budget planning and reporting in relation to the tools under responsibility.
