You will thrive in this role if you are: A curious problem solver who challenges the status quo A collaborator who values teamwork and knowledge-sharing Excited by the intersection of technology, creativity and data Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus), As a CRO developer you'll be able to confidently contribute to a project's activities from kickoff through to delivery. 3+ years' experience developing and running experiments in digital platforms (experience with tools such as Optimizely, Adobe Target and equivalent tools is a strong plus). Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS and the methodologies to leverage these languages to build experiences in optimisation tools. Familiarity with agile development and collaborative delivery across distributed teams. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business goals into measurable optimisation activities. Comfortable working in a large, complex international organisation. Flexible and collaborative mindset, eager to learn and contribute across disciplines. Excellent communication skills in English (other European languages are a plus). Willingness to travel ## Description We're looking for a Front-end Developer with a proven-track record of building experiments and personalisations in leading optimisation platforms, like Adobe Target, Optimizely, Kameleeon, AB tasty and so forth. In this role, you'll become the technical lead in an multidisciplined optimisation squad consisting of designers, data analyst, qa testers, strategists and more. Your primary role will be to advice on the best methodologies to implement A/B and multivariate tests and subsequently to develop the tests in Adobe Target. You'll thrive in a large and complex organisation, turning insights into scalable solutions, and driving adoption of experimentation as a practice. Examples of activities you'll be doing: Advice on the best technical implementation methodologies for each experiments considering its designs and the different technical approaches that apply. Develop experiments (A/B, multivariate, and personalisation) using Adobe Target (client-side). Liaise with product teams to QA test experiments and fix issues. Implement analytics events via Adobe Target code. Liase with technical teams across the clientecosystem to solve technical barriers related to the implementation of experiments. Participate in design reviews to help create solutions that are technically feasible and economical. Advice in technical matters relating to the setup of Adobe Target, such as exploring new testing methodologies, implementation of new functionalities and so forth. Maintain a GitHub repository for this project. Onboard Jr developers into the team and provide guidance. Join daily standups, bi-weekly sprint plannings and ad-hoc meetings. Work across multiple European markets, ensuring solutions are scalable and adaptable to local needs.
