 * SQL Server Always Encrypted processes
 * Source-code and build management
 * Unit, integration, and deployment testing

Education
Bachelor's degree is required.

## Description

Position Overview : The consultant will work on the Child and Adult Care Food Program-or CACFP-including the external and internal portals, Apps & Claims Module, and Compliance Module. Responsibilities will also include upgrading and migrating existing applications, developing visual interfaces and web services, and supporting other agency development projects as assigned., * Develop and maintain internal and external web applications using Microsoft technologies.

 * Support the CACFP Apps & Claims and Compliance modules.
 * Modernize and migrate existing application components.
 * Develop user interfaces, APIs, and WCF-based web services.
 * Perform application coding, unit testing, integration testing, and deployment.
 * Manage source code, application builds, and releases through Team Foundation Server.
 * Work closely with development teams, project staff, and business users.
 * Independently manage assignments with minimal supervision.
