## About the Role

* Experience providing onsite IT support in a business, healthcare, enterprise, or similarly fast-paced environment.
 * Strong general L1/L2 support background.
 * Experience troubleshooting network connectivity, including cabling, wireless, switches, and basic network issues.
 * Comfortable supporting desktop and field support tickets when network-specific work is not active.
 * Experience supporting Windows desktops/laptops, printers, peripherals, and standard end-user support.
 * Strong communication and customer service skills.
 * Ability to work onsite and provide face-to-face user support.
 * Reliable, flexible, and willing to assist wherever needed.

## Description

We are seeking a hands-on IT Support Specialist with a focus on network support to provide onsite technical assistance for hospital staff and end users. While the primary focus is network-related support, this role also includes general L1/L2 desktop, field support, printer, password, device, and connectivity tickets as needed. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, flexible, and comfortable working directly with users in a fast-paced environment., * Provide onsite IT support for hospital staff and end users.

 * Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, including LAN/WAN, switches, wireless, cabling, ports, and device connectivity.
 * Support desktop, hardware, software, printer, password, and access-related tickets.
 * Assist with setup, configuration, and support of workstations, peripherals, and network-connected devices.
 * Escalate complex network or infrastructure issues to senior L3 engineering resources when needed.
 * Document tickets, troubleshooting steps, and resolution details accurately.
 * Collaborate with systems, server, Microsoft 365, desktop, and field support team members.
 * Support hospital operations in a professional, calm, and customer-focused manner.
 * Participate in weekend or on-call rotation as needed.
 * Adapt to a support model that may expand toward a 24/7 healthcare operations environment.
