* Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
 * 10+ years of IT experience with 4+ years as a Technical Program Manager.
 * Prior hands-on experience with API development or API platform engineering.
 * Experience with one or more API Management platforms:
 + Apigee
 + MuleSoft
 + Kong
 + AWS API Gateway
 + API Management
 * Strong understanding of REST APIs, Microservices, OAuth2, JWT, OpenAPI/Swagger.
 * Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
 * Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Jira/Confluence.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills., * Financial Services or FinTech experience.
 * Exposure to Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.

## Description

* Lead end-to-end delivery of API and integration programs.
 * Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Security, and DevOps teams.
 * Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
 * Drive Agile delivery, release planning, and program governance.
 * Ensure API security, scalability, performance, and compliance best practices.
 * Track program milestones, metrics, and executive status updates.
