You will work closely with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, Architects, Security teams, and business stakeholders to improve delivery effectiveness and maximize business value., * Facilitate Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile ceremonies across multiple teams. * Coach teams on Agile principles, Lean practices, and continuous improvement. * Drive team self-organization, accountability, and delivery excellence. * Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize work and maximize value delivery. * Identify and remove delivery impediments. * Reduce decision latency through effective collaboration and communication. * Enable data-driven improvements using Agile metrics and reporting. * Support portfolio-level planning and Agile execution. * Mentor engineering teams and leadership on Agile best practices. * Foster collaboration across globally distributed cross-functional teams.
