Successful candidates will have a proven track record producing high-quality video and other multimedia content and managing complex digital campaigns across educational, journalism, communications, or marketing contexts. Candidates must be able to lead projects with limited oversight while adhering to established timelines and standards. This position requires deep familiarity with modern video production, digital marketing, and content strategy best practices, as well as strong interpersonal skills to work directly with government officials, subject matter experts, implementing partners, and stakeholders across all phases of production and campaign execution. Preferred skills include familiarity with web management platforms, graphic design, podcasting, CRM systems, and online learning platforms. Applicants must provide an online portfolio of their work.
