* Entwicklung und Implementierung von SAP CRM Lösungen mit Schwerpunkt auf Kundenanalyse und -segmentierung sowie Predictive Analytics
 * Analyse und Optimierung bestehender CRM-Prozesse zur Verbesserung der Kundenerfahrung
 * Design und Implementierung von Berichten und Dashboards zur Unterstützung datengetriebener Geschäftsentscheidungen
 * Integration von SAP CRM mit anderen SAP-Modulen und externen Systemen
 * Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen zur Identifizierung und Umsetzung neuer Anforderungen
 * Durchführung von Tests und Sicherstellung der Qualität der implementierten Lösungen
