## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
 * SEVEN 7 years supporting complex computing environments
 * Strong system administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting skills
 * Experience with automation and operational tools
 * Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD "public trust"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their public trust prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an active public trust or suitability are preferred

What Would Be Nice To Have:

 * Experience supporting high-performance or data-intensive environments
 * Familiarity with service management or reliability practices.
 * Prior NIH experience

## Description

* Oversees day-to-day operations of computing platforms, including monitoring system health and performance.
 * Responds to incidents, conducts troubleshooting, and performs root cause analysis.
 * Manages capacity planning, system tuning, and scaling to meet workload demands.
 * Executes preventive maintenance, patching, and configuration management.
 * Provides user support and maintains operational documentation.
