displayed excellent communication and collaboration skills * Demonstrated experience in contract development, negotiations, transition, and implementation, with a solid track record in the run state * Advanced knowledge of the broader scope that frames the essential technical area of work, with the ability to use this knowledge to create incremental value and technical strategy * Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; propose innovative integration capabilities through a product, and project mindset, and create high-value frameworks for future reuse; ensure the integration of scalable talent pools, and supported technologies within product solution, and delivery processes * Create and articulate the vision and business value of building, supporting, as well as developing the iPaaS platform; represent the iPaaS competency group, influencing successful outcomes, and making timely decisions * Collaborate effectively with DevOps, Enterprise Security, Journey partners, and senior executives to align iPaaS objectives with organizational strategic goals * Build and lead an effective team dedicated to fulfilling the operational responsibilities of developing, designing, implementing, and supporting the technology vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Enterprise Integrations;
