## About the Role

* 7+ years of project/program management experience delivering enterprise infrastructure projects.
 * Strong background in two or more areas:

 * Identity Governance (SailPoint, Okta, Entra ID, Delinea)
 * End User Services
 * IT Service Management (ServiceNow)
 * Endpoint Security (CrowdStrike, Defender, ThreatLocker)
 * Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity
 * IT Asset Management
 * Access Management Automation

Experience managing cross-functional teams in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid environments.

Ability to translate technical concepts into executive-level communications and recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications

 * PMP, ITIL v4, SAFe, CSM, CISSP, CISM, or Security+ certifications.
 * Strong knowledge of Planview, ServiceNow, Power BI, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft 365.

## Description

* Manage end-to-end delivery of complex infrastructure programs and modernization initiatives.
 * Drive project planning, scheduling, risk management, dependency tracking, readiness assessments, cutover planning, and operational handoff.
 * Collaborate with engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, operations, and business teams to ensure successful delivery.
 * Lead governance forums, executive updates, stakeholder communications, and steering committee reviews.
 * Ensure solutions are production-ready through service transition, knowledge transfer, and support model alignment.
