## Description

* Formulate and track comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and operational resource plans.
 * Coordinate cross-functional technical teams, business units, and external contractors to ensure program alignment.
 * Manage project scope modifications through established formal change control procedures.
 * Monitor system implementation milestones to proactively identify, mitigate, and escalate risks.
 * Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions and deliver strategic status reports to executive leadership.
 * Oversee vendor deliverables and performance metrics to guarantee contractual compliance.
 * Direct project closure workflows, including final report compilation, lessons learned, and deliverable handoffs.
