* 2+ years in a technical support or help desk role.
 * Confident working with hardware/software troubleshooting and system configuration.
 * Detail-oriented and highly organized - you don't let anything slip through the cracks.
 * Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
 * Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment., * Experience with surveillance systems or managed IT services.
 * Familiarity with ConnectWise, Nx Witness, or similar platforms.
 * Certifications in IT or networking (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+)., * Technical support: 2 years (Required)

## Description

* Manage incoming support tickets and provide phone-based and remote troubleshooting to customers, partners, and internal staff.
 * Configure and support Sharpvue equipment, including surveillance trailers, cameras, solar systems, and routers.
 * Assist partners and resellers with technical onboarding and escalations.
 * Use tools like ConnectWise, Nx Witness, Hanwha, and Pepwave to monitor and resolve system issues.
 * Provide basic network support (VPNs, LTE failover, port forwarding).
 * Work closely with our Technology and Field Operations teams to deliver top-tier support.
 * Maintain clear documentation and contribute to our internal knowledge base.
