Preferred Qualifications * Experience working in HR consulting or professional services. * Experience leading vendor evaluations or HR technology selections. * Knowledge of implementation methodologies and change management principles. * Experience creating training materials and facilitating system training. * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field., * High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: * HRIS Implementation: 3 years (Preferred) ## Description AccessHR is seeking an experienced HRIS Implementation Specialist to support client-facing HR technology implementation projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining HR expertise with technology, project management, and client partnership. You will work alongside AccessHR leadership to help clients successfully evaluate, implement, and optimize HRIS and payroll systems that improve organizational efficiency and the employee experience. This is a highly collaborative role with significant client interaction. You will participate in discovery sessions, vendor demonstrations, implementation planning, system configuration, testing, training, and post-implementation support while ensuring every client receives exceptional service throughout the engagement. What You'll Do * Support HRIS implementation projects from discovery through post-implementation. * Partner with clients to understand business processes, workforce needs, and system requirements. * Participate in discovery meetings and facilitate implementation planning sessions. * Assist clients in evaluating HRIS and payroll technology solutions. * Coordinate vendor demonstrations and implementation meetings. * Translate client requirements into implementation deliverables and project plans. * Support HRIS configuration, testing, validation, and system readiness activities. * Assist with employee data migration and data validation. * Develop implementation documentation, training materials, and user guides. * Deliver administrator and employee training sessions. * Monitor project milestones and proactively communicate project updates, risks, and recommendations. * Ensure all client-facing documentation reflects AccessHR's quality standards. * Conduct research on HR technology platforms and emerging industry trends. * Build trusted relationships with clients by providing exceptional service throughout the implementation process., * This is an Independent Contractor (1099) position expected to last approximately three months, with the possibility of future project opportunities.
