The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Access Control (Akuvok experience is required), CCTV surveillance, along with expertise in help desk support and computer networking. As a Tech Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting to our customers, ensuring smooth operation and maximum efficiency of our products. The position is Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm and is On-Site in our City of Industry, California office. We are seeking a person who learns quickly and can turn new information into action. Must be able to speak Mandarin., · Experience in troubleshooting and installing CCTV systems is preferred, but not mandatory. · Knowledge of wired and wireless networking, including access points, managed switches, and enterprise-grade routers. · Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CCNA) are a plus. · Mandarin language skills are a must. Requirements: · Must have Access Control, Akuvok, troubleshooting experience (2 years). · Minimum of 1 year of CCTV surveillance, Low Voltage, experience. · Comfortable with self-directed learning: reading docs, testing solutions, and asking smart follow-up questions. · Resourceful problem-solver who can independently research issues and escalate appropriately. · Growth mindset-seeks feedback and continuously improves. Qualified applications with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act., * CCTV surveillance: 1 year (Preferred) * low voltage systems: 1 year (Preferred) * Access Control - Akuvok: 1 year (Preferred) Language: * Mandarin (Required) ## Description · Provide technical support to customers via phone and email regarding Access Control products specifically Akuvok. · Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CCTV hardware, software, and networking components. · Assist customers with system setup, configuration, and maintenance. · Collaborate with manufacturers to resolve complex technical issues. · Document customer interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system. · Stay up to date with the latest CCTV technologies and industry trends · Other duties as assigned.
