## Description

The Tier 1 (T1) Security Operations Center (SOC) analyst position is a true with no prior cybersecurity experience required. We will train you on our systems and processes so that you can effectively accomplish the following four primary job responsibilities:

 * 24×7 Monitoring: Continuously observe security events from customer networks, servers, endpoints, and cloud workloads via centralized tools. This enables the detection of anomalies or signs of attack in real-time.
 * Analysis & Triage: Investigate alerts and logs to determine validity and severity. Distinguish false positives from true incidents by leveraging our and platforms.
 * Documentation: Record analysis steps, findings, and decisions in our ticketing system. Maintain clear incident logs and timelines for each event.
 * Escalation: Follow defined procedures to escalate confirmed or high-risk incidents to incident responders or client contacts.
