* High school diploma or GED
 * 2+ years of experience in administrative support, document control, or office administration
 * Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or technical environments
 * Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple priorities
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and SharePoint

Nice to Have

 * Experience with SAP (Material Master, BOM, SAP S/4HANA)
 * Knowledge of technical drawings, schematics, or documentation
 * Familiarity with SolidWorks or similar CAD software
 * Experience with document control systems

## Description

Lofton Staffing is hiring an Administrative Assistant / Document Control Specialist to support a fast-paced manufacturing team. This role focuses on document control, SAP data entry, BOM management, and records management.

This is a great opportunity for someone with administrative experience in manufacturing or technical documentation who wants to grow their SAP and records management skills.

What You'll Do

 * Manage documents, drawings, specifications, and change orders
 * Maintain accurate records and technical documentation
 * Create and update Material Master data and Bills of Materials (BOM) in SAP / SAP S/4HANA
 * Process Engineering Change Notices (ECN), change orders, and release documentation
 * Support data entry, reporting, and records management
 * Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy files
 * Coordinate with production teams to resolve documentation issues
 * Support SharePoint and internal document management systems
