You're hungry to responsibly explore new AI tools and workflows, finding ways to make your work smarter and more efficient. ## Description The Data Engineering team at CarGurus is looking for a Manager of Data Platform & Operations Engineering to enable our data platform efforts across the company. You will be responsible for leading the reliability, scalability, and day-to-day operations of our data platform, ensuring trusted and timely data for stakeholders in Product Management, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering. You will own the platform roadmap across ingestion, orchestration, storage, and observability; set and uphold SLAs, cost, security, and quality controls; and establish operational best practices and runbooks. You will partner closely with our internal customers to prioritize capabilities, resolve incidents, and continuously improve developer experience, while contributing to our enterprise data strategy and governance as we scale our core business.
