## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
 * 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience supporting complex engineering or product development programs.
 * Experience leading cross-functional teams in hardware, manufacturing, automotive, energy storage, battery technology, or other advanced technology environments.
 * Strong understanding of engineering development lifecycles, testing, validation, and production readiness.
 * Proven ability to manage schedules, risks, dependencies, and competing priorities.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills., * Experience with battery systems, energy storage, renewable energy, automotive, industrial equipment, or other electro-mechanical products.
 * Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI), design validation, engineering builds, or manufacturing ramp.
 * PMP certification or Agile program management experience.
 * Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering organizations.

* Lead cross-functional technical programs across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations.

 * Identify program risks, drive mitigation plans, and remove execution roadblocks.
 * Facilitate communication between technical teams and executive stakeholders.
 * Track dependencies across multiple workstreams to ensure on-time delivery.
 * Drive accountability through regular program reviews, action item tracking, and status reporting.
 * Support continuous process improvements to enhance program execution and operational efficiency.
