## About the Role

* 3 years of IT Service/Help Desk experience (5+ preferred)
 * Knowledge and working experience with:
 * Active Directory
 * Microsoft Office
 * Windows 10/11
 * iOS
 * Multifactor authentication
 * Remote platforms (i.e. Citrix, VPN, VDI, etc.)
 * ITSM
 * Support certifications (i.e. MCSE, MCDST, A+ Tech, etc.)
 * Support Center/CX certifications (i.e. HDI, ITIL, etc.)

Help Desk / Service Desk experience

 * Experience performing security password resets and initial password setup
 * Experience supporting Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
 * Knowledge of identity verification and security compliance procedures
 * Strong customer service and communication skills
 * Ability to work within defined SLA response and resolution times

## Description

* Answer incoming IT Service Desk calls
 * Providing remote support
 * Triaging self-service requests
 * Account/access management
 * Occasionally assisting with specific queued ticket triage, as needed
