In this role, you will help enhance the monitoring and observability of enterprise Salesforce applications by leveraging Dynatrace to provide actionable insights into application health and performance. You will work closely with cross-functional technical teams to configure monitoring solutions, improve operational visibility, and proactively identify performance issues across critical healthcare systems. The ideal candidate has experience implementing and managing Dynatrace monitoring solutions within enterprise environments, with a strong understanding of application performance monitoring (APM), synthetic monitoring, and observability best practices. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the reliability, scalability, and operational readiness of mission-critical federal healthcare applications. The candidate must reside within the continental US.
