This SharePoint Migration Specialist provide migration related support demand to the remediation of legacy content and workflows, and ensure content administrators receive timely, hands-on assistance throughout a complex large scale migration project., This SharePoint Migration Specialist provide migration related support demand to the remediation of legacy content and workflows, and ensure content administrators receive timely, hands-on assistance throughout a complex large scale migration project focusing workflow remediation, modern SharePoint solutions, navigation management, as well as hands on assistance on ticket management, communications, triage, and user support as needed. * Assisting CAs and CMs with building modern alternatives for classic web parts, page layouts, and custom solutions * Supporting the creation and formatting of JSON list and column formatting as well as modern lists and libraries * Managing and validating hub site navigation links, cross site navigation updates, and link remediation activities * Providing white glove support to content administrators rebuilding sites, pages, forms, workflows, and business processes from scratch * Managing the influx of migration related help desk tickets, email inquiries, Teams chats and calls, and office hours and support sessions * Serving as the first point of contact for content administrators during migration activities * Troubleshooting common migration issues and escalating complex items to the project team * Leveraging CA/CM Bootcamp materials, FAQs, migration aids, and reference guides to deliver consistent resolutions * Assisting content administrators with rebuilding legacy workflows using Power Automate, Microsoft Forms, and SharePoint Lists, Salaries for SharePoint Specialists at Planet Technologies range from $120,000 and $150,000.
