Education Preferred * Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). NISC is seeking a UX Designer 3 to join our design team. In this role, you'll plan and conduct user research, translate insights into actionable design solutions, and collaborate closely with requirements analysts, developers, product managers, and other designers. You'll have the opportunity to refine design systems, contribute to high-fidelity prototypes, and ensure our products deliver intuitive, user-centered experiences. This role is best suited for designers who thrive on independent ownership of design problems while actively contributing to a collaborative team environment.
