Education: Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.

Experience: A minimum of seven years of experience developing and implementing applications, including five years as a Salesforce developer.

Technical Skills:

 * Hands-on experience with Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs and coding in APEX.
 * Experience with system migrations.
 * Adept with the agile software development lifecycle and DevOps principles.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and CTI integration (Amazon Connect).
 * Design experience in Salesforce Lightning UI.
 * Experience with UI design.
 * Extensive knowledge in modeling and application design and architecture.
 * Expert knowledge in IT/Software quality assurance and system testing tools.
 * Strong time management and communication skills.

## Description

* Design, code, test, debug, document, maintain, and modify computer programs of high complexity.
 * Build custom business applications and solutions by writing code in APEX LWC/Aura.
 * Develop integrations across Salesforce instances and with other internal systems to automate business processes.
 * Customize, develop, and support solutions on the force.com platform, driving enhancements and improvements.
 * Design comprehensive Salesforce solutions for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities.
 * Perform code reviews and ensure successful deployments.
 * Collaborate with teams in all stages of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, and testing.
 * Participate in application architecture functions, including estimating and defining project tasks.
