The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working within capital markets, debt capital markets, and financial operations, with a proven track record of designing and developing high-performance, scalable, and resilient systems. This role requires a deep technical expertise, with the ability to lead and collaborate within a global team, communicate effectively, and deliver robust solutions that meet the demanding needs of financial markets., * Core Java: 6+ years of hands-on experience developing robust Java applications. * Spring Framework: 5+ years of experience with Spring Core, Spring Boot, and associated projects. * Multi-threading & Low Latency Development: Proven experience designing and implementing multi-threaded, low-latency, high-frequency trading or financial systems. * Database & Caching: Expertise in SQL, with experience in query tuning; knowledge of caching solutions such as MemSQL, Redis, or similar. * Cloud Platforms: Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS, Azure, or equivalent cloud platforms. * Capital Markets & Debt Capital Markets: Prior experience in capital markets, especially debt instruments and related financial operations. * Financial Operations: Strong understanding of financial workflows, settlements, and operational processes (beneficial). * Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience working in a global team environment.
