* A+, Network+, Microsoft 365 certifications or other third-party accreditation
 * Experience in Microsoft 365 environment or Hybrid environment
 * Experience in thin clients and virtual machines
 * Previous work in office environment

## Description

* Work on-site in Orlando office
 * May require after-hours availability testing or unscheduled system events

Primary Functions:

 * Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via telephone or electronically through the Ticket System
 * Diagnose and resolve technical issues (hardware, software, user access, etc.) Perform hardware and software installations as required
 * Schedule and set up video and telephone conferences (Zoom, Teams, Webex, etc.)
 * Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
 * Install, configure, deliver, tag and remove computer hardware, software and peripherals
 * Troubleshoot computers, printers, scanner, phones, smart phones and other peripheral devices over the phone and in person
