Upon 90 days, based on performance, explore converting into a permanent resource, o Account access issues o File shares / permissions o Basic server health checks Attend scheduled client appointments daily to provide end user support and to maintain, upgrade and manage client infrastructures. May need on occasion to ad hoc, emergency support. Maximize Monitoring Platform (CW-Automate) in monitoring endpoints Complete recurring Preventative Maintenance Checklist (Evaluate networks to ensure networking devices and servers are up to date. Schedule downtime with clients on major upgrades.) Ensure Network Infrastructure is secured, up to date, organized and documented.
