Strong JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, ACLs, Catalog Items, and Record Producers experience. Experience integrating ServiceNow with Azure Open AI, Microsoft Copilot, Open AI APIs, or enterprise AI platforms is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, SSO, LDAP, Azure AD, and cloud integrations.
