## About the Role

* Bachelor's Degree in an applicable Engineering field (Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or comparable preferred)
 * Experience with industrial application programming languages (VBA, Python, Java Script, etc.)
 * Minimum 4 years of experience with MES applications (TrackSYS, Plant Applications, Sepasoft, Production Center, etc.)
 * Experience with SQL development
 * Experience with REST API integration
 * Experience with Velotic (GE) Proficy Plant Applications software is a plus
 * Excellent level of general computer technology knowledge of MS Office to TCP/IP configurations and more.
 * Acute attention to detail and process
 * Strong ability to solve problems and research solutions
 * Excellent customer service attitude
 * Willing and able to travel

## Description

* Configuring GrayMatter software and hardware for client needs - specific focus on MES applications
 * Designing, developing and implementing solutions to resolve customer issues
 * Consulting with and training end users on new applications
 * Assisting in project development and planning
 * Performing onsite pilots, discovery, testing, commissioning and go-lives, and demos
 * Providing technical assistance to the sales team
