## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with a focus on agile methodologies.
 * Strong knowledge and experience in C# or another modern programming language (with the ability and willingness to work extensively in C#), with at least 5 years of hands-on development or testing experience.
 * Proven experience writing headless automation tests for mobile applications using C#

Preferred qualifications:

 * Familiarity with .NET MAUI or Xamarin for mobile application development.
 * Experience with Appium for mobile automation testing.
 * Understanding of Bluetooth communication and device integration testing.
 * Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps) to support automated testing processes.

## Description

* Proven experience in Test Automation, designing, implementing, and maintaining robust automated tests & test frameworks
 * Eager to utilize AI/Cursor to accelerate test script development and improve the automation process
 * Hunger to mentor junior engineers and lead testing initiatives.
 * Organize test cases, track coverage, and ensure alignment with acceptance criteria.
 * Define and document test strategies aligned with project goals and risk assessment.
 * Maintain and evolve test documentation to ensure traceability, clarity, and repeatability.
 * Execute manual and exploratory testing for complex features or areas not yet automated.
 * Log and track defects to ensure transparency and accountability throughout the release cycle.
 * Validate bug fixes and production hotfixes with quick turnaround and accuracy.
 * Lead initiatives for continuous process improvements and best practices in testing.
 * Maintain high-quality standards and flag potential risks before deployment.
 * Evaluate and introduce tools that support efficient test development and execution.
