Incumbent must demonstrate proficiency with NAVAIR/NAWCAD Systems Engineering processes and tools and have a strong knowledge of systems engineering processes. The MDA Systems engineer must have sound communication skills and be able to operate with minimal guidance and oversight. Required Education: Bachelor's of Science degree in Engineering or related field from an accredited college or university. Required Experience: Candidate must have at least ten (10) years of relevant experience. Desired Experience: * Candidate should be proficient in all Microsoft Office (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and have experience with Adobe Acrobat and share point style file sharing systems. * Candidate should have demonstrated outstanding oral and written communication skills. * Candidate should have experience working in a dynamic, schedule constrained, and complex security environment. Special Access Program experience is a plus. Allowable Experience/Education Substitutions: Experience cannot be substituted for education. Security Clearance Required: A Final DoD Top Secret Clearance. ## Description The MDA Systems Engineer is responsible for supporting the technical oversight, development, integration, and sustainment of all current and future programs within the PMA-266 MDA portfolio. The MDA Systems Engineer receives direct tasking from the Assistant Program Manager for Systems Engineering (APMSE) and MDA Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL).
