* A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
 * At least five years of experience managing technical programs within complex product development or engineering environments.
 * A background in guiding cross-functional groups within sectors like battery technology, automotive, hardware manufacturing, or other high-tech fields.
 * Deep knowledge of the full engineering lifecycle, encompassing validation, testing, and production preparation.

 * Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively manage stakeholders., * Background in electro-mechanical products, renewable energy, industrial equipment, or battery systems.
