We analyze jam DPMO data to identify areas of concern and implement meaningful solutions to support sites struggling with high jam occurrences and jam duration hours. As an Automation Solution Engineer on the GJP team, you will execute programs focused on jam reduction, SCADA systems, OEE analysis, technology integration, and developing permanent corrective actions to complex issues affecting multiple sites. You'll collaborate with field RME teams, conduct site health analyses, implement the enhanced GJP process at under performing facilities, and support pilot projects through change management documentation and capital request proposals.
