## About the Role

* Experience in Desktop Support, Application Support, or End-User Technical Support.
 * Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows PCs, software applications, and peripherals.
 * Experience supporting Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite environments.
 * Knowledge of audio-visual technologies and conference room/courtroom support.
 * Excellent communication and customer service skills.
 * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced onsite environment.
 * Ability to quickly learn new applications and business systems.

Preferred Skills

 * Experience with courtroom AV and recording systems (e.g., JAVS, BIS).
 * Experience supporting Zoom and hybrid meeting technologies.
 * Familiarity with Court MiFILE or other document management systems.
 * Experience with: Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Visio, SharePoint, Document Management Systems (DMS)

## Description

The Application Support Specialist will provide onsite technical support for court staff, judges, and courtroom operations. The role is responsible for troubleshooting desktop, software, application, and audio-visual issues while ensuring smooth day-to-day court proceedings., * Provide onsite technical support to court employees, judges, and judicial staff.

 * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, application, and connectivity issues.
 * Support courtroom audio-visual, recording, and broadcasting systems during live court proceedings.
 * Assist users with application functionality, troubleshooting, and general technical inquiries.
 * Learn and support court-specific technologies, including MiFILE and other judicial systems.
 * Diagnose and resolve issues related to PCs, peripherals, conferencing tools, and document management systems.
 * Escalate complex technical issues to the County IT team as needed.
 * Deliver excellent customer service to court staff and the public.
 * Ensure courtroom and business technology systems remain operational.
