## About the Role

* 7+ years of Workday Integration experience including hands-on EIB development and maintenance.
 * Expertise with all Workday integration types including EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Web Services, and Cloud Connectors.
 * Proven experience implementing and supporting ADP Data Bridge integration.
 * Strong understanding of XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST, and JSON as used in Workday integrations.
 * Workday Integration certification is preferred.
 * Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with HR, IT, and vendor teams.

## Description

* Design, develop, and support Workday EIB integrations for data extraction and loading.
 * Build and maintain integrations using all Workday-supported integration frameworks (e.g., Workday Studio, Web Services, Core Connectors).
 * Implement and troubleshoot ADP Data Bridge integrations and process data synchronization between Workday and ADP systems.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and design scalable solutions.
 * Ensure data integrity and security across interface points and monitor integration performance.
 * Participate in testing, issue resolution, and deployment activities related to Workday integrations.
 * Provide technical support and documentation for integration solutions.
