Experience developing processes and procedures to perform integration on advanced processing systems at all levels (System, sub-system, Module/Circuit Card Assembly) Experience working in classified environments Drive execution through a Digital Engineering environment, leveraging Model-Based System Engineering, DevSecOps and Agile approaches Experience with DOORS and NextGen DOORS ## Description Lockheed Martin is seeking an experienced Hardware Design / System Engineer to join our Mission Systems team. In this senior role, you will play a key part in the development of Advanced Processing systems and subsystems, supporting all aspects of hardware development from requirements derivation through product integration. You'll lead efforts to ensure the technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work, ensuring that project deliverables meet cost and schedule commitments. You will also utilize Digital Transformation practices, including model-based engineering, test automation, and Agile development, to define product capabilities and drive innovation., Supporting overall organizational process compliance, including management of the Hardware Development Process Implementation. Leading product development activities and providing technical guidance. Ensuring the technical integrity and completeness of deliverables. Managing customer interfaces and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. Leveraging Digital Transformation tools to enhance development processes. Please note; This position is located in Owego, NY and fulltime onsite. This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD government clearance at the Secret level., Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
