 * Experience developing operational or regulatory reports.
 * Strong collaboration, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Mainframe Systems Programmer Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with large-scale data migration or application modernization.
 * Transportation, logistics, or crew management systems experience.
 * Familiarity with Kronos, PeopleSoft, or similar enterprise platforms.
 * Knowledge of FRA Hours of Service or other regulated reporting requirements.

## Description

* Maintain and enhance legacy mainframe applications supporting critical management systems.
 * Monitor and troubleshoot batch jobs, interfaces, workflows, and production issues.
 * Develop and support COBOL programs and JCL processes.
 * Load and validate crew schedules while ensuring operational continuity.
 * Manage integrations with Kronos, PeopleSoft, enterprise data lakes, and downstream reporting platforms.
 * Develop operational, business, and regulatory reports.
 * Lead the migration of historical data to a modern replacement platform.
 * Validate migrated data for accuracy, completeness, and operational readiness.
 * Document system processes, integrations, and workflows while providing knowledge transfer.
