Skills: * Strong project leadership and project team management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello, GitHub). MES systems and associating system that feed into MES. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, and system integration. * Fluent in English. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience working in a global role. Working Conditions: * This position may require occasional travel. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. ## Description Only W2 candidates are eligible for this position. Third-party or C2C candidates will not be considered. Position is remote, but MUST be in the Texas region for occasional travel to site. 90% of the working schedule is 8 AM -5 PM CST. Might have to take emergency meetings in PM, if needed., The IT Project Leader will be responsible for overseeing and managing IT projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and organizational skills to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The IT Project Leader will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success and align with business objectives., * Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Lead project execution, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines. * Team Leadership: Manage and lead project teams, providing direction, support, and motivation. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment. * Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations. Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. * Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution. * Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered within financial constraints. Track project expenses and provide regular financial reports. * Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with organizational policies and procedures. Conduct regular project reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement. * Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and other relevant records.
