 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
 * Experience with:
 + Windows 10 and Office 365
 + Active Directory (password resets, account unlocks, group management)
 + SCCM (software deployment)
 + Mobile device configuration (iOS & Android)
 * Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
 * Ability to create basic technical documentation
