EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: * Bachelors' Degree (BA/BS) from an accredited college or university in Computer Science or Information Technology. * Four (4) years of experience in providing cloud and on-premise enterprise application suites/systems software support activities including significant exposure to end-user security administration, logic of business processes, computer operations, and end user support. A comparable amount of training and experience may be substituted for the minimum qualifications PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: This is sedentary work requiring the exertion of up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to move objects; work requires fingering, and repetitive motions.; vocal communication is required for expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word; hearing is required to perceive information at normal spoken word levels; visual acuity is required for preparing and analyzing written or computer data, determining the accuracy and thoroughness of work, and observing general surroundings and activities; the worker is not subject to adverse environmental conditions. The omission of specific duties does not exclude them from the position if the work is similar, related, or a logical assignment to the position.) * Responsible for supporting, maintaining, documenting and troubleshooting enterprise and departmental business applications and assist in supporting cloud based and on-premise enterprise application suites/systems. * Administer and manage PCI compliance (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). * Assist with assigning security for departmental business applications and enterprise application suites/systems. * Provide technical assistance and end user support for Tyler Technologies Enterprise ERP system, Oracle Fusion Financial, HCM and PBCS, and internally designed/developed software systems. * Assist with support of data integrations between the enterprise software systems and specific departmental systems for daily, monthly and yearly processes. * Provide End-user support to all departments regarding proper use of enterprise and departmentally specific software packages. * Assist coordinating with vendor or consultant provided support for system implementations, upgrades, patches, fixes or in the event of a major system malfunction with the software application. * Consult with professional software support personnel to address or resolve software processes or client related issues.
