## About the Role

* Minimum eight years of full-time Salesforce implementation consulting experience.
 * Successfully led at least twelve end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
 * Minimum three active Salesforce certifications.
 * Demonstrated ability to independently implement Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and at least one Marketing Cloud product.
 * Expert-level Salesforce Flow experience.
 * Strong expertise in Salesforce data architecture, security model, identity and access management.
 * Experience designing enterprise integrations using APIs and middleware solutions such as MuleSoft.
 * Strong business analysis, consulting, and business process redesign capabilities.
 * Experience leading Agile implementation projects.
 * Experience managing project teams and executive client relationships.
 * Managerial experience of 3-5+ people
 * Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills.
 * Experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components is preferred but not required. The ability to collaborate effectively with developers and make sound architectural decisions is more important than being a software developer.

## Description

Client Leadership & Business Consulting

 * Lead executive discovery sessions, stakeholder workshops, and business process assessments.
 * Identify the root causes of business challenges rather than simply addressing requested features.
 * Lead Business Process Improvement (BPI) and Business Process Redesign (BPR) initiatives while ensuring recommendations align with Salesforce best practices.
 * Build executive alignment and organizational buy-in throughout implementations.
 * Translate complex technical concepts into language business users and executive stakeholders understand.
 * Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the client engagement.

Salesforce Solution Design & Architecture

Design secure, scalable, and maintainable Salesforce solutions including:

 * Business process architecture
 * Data model design
 * Security model and sharing architecture
 * Identity and access management
 * Environment strategy
 * Automation strategy
 * Reporting and analytics architecture
 * Release and deployment planning
 * Evaluate technical trade-offs and recommend solutions that balance speed, scalability, maintainability, and long-term cost while minimizing technical debt.

Platform & App Configuration

Serve as the primary implementation consultant responsible for configuring Salesforce using platform best practices.

Required expertise includes:

 * Sales Cloud
 * Service Cloud
 * Marketing Cloud (experience with at least one Marketing Cloud product)
 * Salesforce Flow (expert level)
 * Lightning App Builder
 * Reports and Dashboards
