Relevant certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or platform-specific automation certifications are preferred. * Experience designing and implementing enterprise automation and collaboration solutions. * Healthcare or other regulated industry experience preferred. * Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. * Experience evaluating, integrating, and supporting third-party software platforms. * Skilled in facilitating workshops and collaborating with executive, clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders. * Knowledge of EHR and ERP systems, healthcare workflows, and interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, CCD). * Understanding of HIPAA, NIST, security, and data governance principles. * Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and change management abilities. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation in a fast-paced environment. * Other duties as assigned. ## Description Lead the identification of operational inefficiencies, design enterprise automation strategies, and oversee implementation of technology solutions across the organization. This is a senior-level role bridging business strategy and technical execution, responsible for driving digital transformation, managing technology projects from concept to completion, and delivering measurable productivity and efficiency gains organization-wide.
