## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience.
 * Minimum 8+ years of experience delivering software in large, distributed technical ecosystems using agile practices such as Scrum, Kanban, or XP.
 * Proficient with C#/.NET, Kafka, ECS, Windows Containers, Linux Containers, Kubernetes, observability, testing concepts & frameworks, DevOps tools, IBM tools and frameworks (BPM), and CI/CD pipelines within GitHub Actions.
 * Highly competitive candidates will additionally possess experience with pair programming techniques.
 * Strong oral and written communication skills, with experience writing technical documentation and explaining technical concepts to audiences of varied roles and backgrounds.
 * Hands-on involvement with layered systems architectures, designs and shared software concepts
 * Familiarity with functional and system integration testing
 * A collaborative, adaptable working style, demonstrated initiative, and the ability to balance your time and efforts across multiple priorities.
 * A thorough grasp of technology concepts, business operations, design and development tools, DevOps, system architecture and technical standards.

 * Customer-centric engineer: Putting clients' needs first, you'll translate customer requirements into technical applications and support the implementation of new software
