Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. ## Description The ERMS Solution Architect will serve as the technical lead responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, and optimizing a Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) Electronic Records Management System (ERMS). This position will lead Microsoft 365 integration, records management configuration, data migration, workflow development, retention and disposition architecture, testing, and post-implementation enhancements to support an enterprise-wide electronic records management solution.
