* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
 * 10+ years of enterprise application development and solution architecture experience.
 * Experience designing Microsoft-based enterprise solutions.Strong background in cloud technologies, application integration, and software architecture.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Microsoft Azure certifications.
 * TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification.Experience supporting Federal Government IT programs.

## Description

We are seeking a Technical Lead / Solution Architect to provide technical leadership for enterprise application development, cloud modernization, systems integration, and solution architecture across a Microsoft-centric environment., * Lead technical architecture and solution design activities.

 * Serve as the technical lead for application modernization initiatives.
 * Provide oversight for software development, integration, testing, deployment, and code quality.
 * Guide technical teams on best practices, DevSecOps, and secure application development.
 * Develop technical roadmaps, architecture diagrams, and implementation strategies.
 * Support modernization, migration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
 * Ensure compliance with security, accessibility, and Government standards.Mentor development teams and provide technical direction.
