This position oversees the architecture and performance of servers, networking, virtualization, and security platforms across all company locations, serving as the primary escalation point for complex infrastructure and network issues. The role partners with IT support staff and software developers to ensure systems remain reliable, secure, and high-performing. Operating within a regulated environment, the Senior Systems Engineer ensures infrastructure aligns with standards such as HIPAA and 21 CFR Part 11. In addition to maintaining current systems, the position plays a critical role in shaping long-term infrastructure strategy, automation initiatives, and technology modernization.
