## About the Role

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in systems engineering, test method development, sensor data analysis, and Python-based data analysis. Experience in the medical device industry or other regulated environments is highly preferred., * Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

 * Minimum 8 years of Systems Engineering experience.
 * Experience working with electro-mechanical devices and complex system integration.
 * Strong knowledge of:
 * Test Method Validation (TMV)
 * Test Method Development
 * Design of Experiments (DoE)
 * Python programming for engineering data analysis
 * Sensor data analysis
 * Reliability testing
 * Root cause analysis
 * Test bed development
 * Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
 * Strong technical writing and documentation experience.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience within the medical device industry.
 * Experience working in an FDA-regulated environment.
 * Experience in an FAA-regulated industry is also a plus.
 * Familiarity with product verification, validation, and quality processes

## Description

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Senior Systems Engineer with extensive experience in electro-mechanical systems to support the design, development, testing, and validation of complex products. This onsite role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys working in a laboratory environment, developing test methods, analyzing data, troubleshooting system issues, and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams., * Design, develop, and evaluate complex electro-mechanical systems.

 * Generate design concepts and participate in engineering design reviews.
 * Develop and execute comprehensive test methods and validation plans (TMV).
 * Design and build test beds for system verification and validation.
 * Perform hands-on testing to evaluate system performance and reliability.
 * Analyze digital sensor outputs and interpret test data.
 * Utilize Python for data analysis, automation, and reporting.
 * Apply Design of Experiments (DoE) methodologies to optimize testing and performance.
 * Troubleshoot system failures and perform root cause analysis.
 * Support manufacturing by identifying process improvements and engineering solutions.
 * Prepare detailed technical reports and engineering documentation.
 * Track, document, and manage product defects throughout the development lifecycle.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and development teams.
