Preferred Skills * 3+ years of Oracle PL/SQL development, including procedures, functions, packages, and views. * Experience with SQL performance tuning, query optimization, and data validation. * Experience supporting Tableau or other data visualization tools. * Experience working with large, high-volume transactional database environments. ## Description We are seeking an experienced Oracle SQL Developer to support the development, maintenance, and optimization of complex SQL and PL/SQL solutions within a large Oracle transactional database environment. This role focuses primarily on writing SQL from scratch against normalized Oracle databases to extract, validate, transform, and analyze operational data., * Develop, maintain, and optimize complex Oracle SQL and PL/SQL programs. * Write simple to advanced SQL queries from scratch against normalized Oracle transactional databases. * Analyze business requirements and determine the appropriate tables, relationships, joins, and business rules to meet reporting and analytical needs. * Extract, validate, transform, and analyze operational data for reporting and business initiatives. * Develop and maintain automated SQL processes, scheduled database jobs, and recurring data refreshes. * Troubleshoot SQL scripts, automated jobs, and data quality issues. * Create efficient, reusable, well-documented SQL code following best practices. * Support operational reporting, KPI reporting, and ad hoc data requests. * Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and communicate analytical findings. * Provide support for Tableau dashboards and other data visualization initiatives as needed. ## Related Videos - [Making Data Warehouses fast.
